About Dylan Conde
With nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Dylan brings a deep understanding of how coverage, carriers, and client service work from the inside — including seven years spent directly inside the corporate walls of industry giants like State Farm, Allstate, and Farmers. That time was a masterclass in risk management. I learned exactly how policies are written, how claims are settled, and, most importantly, where standard coverage often falls short.
As a Venezuelan-American and a proud Miami local, I know firsthand the unique challenges our South Florida community faces — from hurricane season to flood zones to rising property costs. Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to break down complex contracts and ensure that nothing is lost in translation when it comes to protecting your assets. I transitioned to an independent broker and producer so I could advocate for individuals, families, homeowners, drivers, and business owners across Florida and the states we're licensed to serve — not just the carriers.
To me, building the perfect insurance portfolio is exactly like my favorite hobbies outside of the office: building complex LEGO sets and solving intricate puzzles. It requires patience, strategy, and knowing exactly how every individual piece fits together to create a solid foundation.
When I am not at the agency reviewing policies, you can usually find me traveling meeting new places with my wife, Nely, or keeping my discipline sharp with physical routines. I bring that same relentless consistency and focus to my clients. I opened Conde Agency because I realized the traditional insurance model forces clients to compromise. After years in the industry, my biggest frustration was having to tell clients "no."
